You edit texts, photos, notices and events yourself in the admin panel; none of that counts against any quota.
A change request is work we do that takes up to 1 hour, such as reworking the layout of a section. Larger jobs like a new page or a newly designed section are quoted separately. Requests beyond your quota are billed at €30 per hour; unused requests don't roll over.
Every piece first passes our editorial check: facts are verified against a source, and claims without one don't get published. Then details about your organisation (dates, names, figures) come to you for approval. Nothing you haven't approved goes live.
Yes. Every client gets a simple admin panel to change texts, photos and notices themselves.
GEO means AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Gemini cite you as a source when they answer a question. AEO means appearing in Google's direct-answer boxes above the search results. Both are the newest layers of classic SEO.
Yes. Upgrades and downgrades take effect from the following month.
The subscription is monthly and renews each month; there is no minimum term. You can leave with 30 days’ written notice. The domain is registered in your name; if you leave, we hand over your site files and all your content (texts, images, admin panel data). The setup fee is non-refundable.
Prices exclude VAT. Invoices are issued by our company registered in Slovakia; the tax applied depends on the client’s country and tax status (23% Slovak VAT; reverse charge for businesses elsewhere in the EU, in most cases).
