What data do we process on this site?

This site is static: it sets no cookies, loads no analytics or tracking tools, and serves everything, fonts included, from its own server. For security and debugging the server keeps standard access logs (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser details) for 14 days and then deletes them.

When you contact us

Information you send by WhatsApp or email (name, contact details, logo, your message) is used only to reply to you, prepare the free preview and make an offer. If you write via WhatsApp, your message is also subject to Meta’s terms.

Legal basis

Taking steps at your request before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in business correspondence (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)); for people in Turkey, KVKK Art. 5.

Retention

If your enquiry does not lead to a contract, we delete the correspondence after 12 months at most. If a contract is made, records are kept for the statutory retention periods.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data or share it for advertising. The site runs on a server of our hosting provider in the European Union.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to processing and data portability. To exercise them, write to eyupturkay@gmail.com. You may complain to the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR) or, in Turkey, to the KVKK Authority.
